Real-time attendance push
The moment an employee punches, the record is picked up and sent to your connected software. No delay, no scheduled batch, no manual step.
Timesync Connect
Connect is a hosted integration kit that sits between your ZKTeco terminals and your HR, payroll or ERP system. Punches arrive in your software the moment they happen. No exports, no spreadsheets, no double entry.
Three steps, and only the first one involves a human.
ZKTeco terminal
An employee puts a finger or a face on the reader at the door.

The punch is picked up, matched to the right employee record and queued for delivery.
Your software
It lands in your HR, payroll or ERP system in real time, under the same employee ID you already use.
A biometric terminal records attendance perfectly well on its own. The trouble starts after that: somebody exports a file, somebody else opens it in Excel, and the numbers reach payroll days later with a person in between who can mistype them. Connect removes that person from the loop.
Nobody downloads a file from a device, renames it, and emails it to accounts on the 28th.
Employee IDs match on both sides, so a punch maps to the same person your payroll already knows.
Your HR system, your ERP and your payroll process stay exactly as they are.
The moment an employee punches, the record is picked up and sent to your connected software. No delay, no scheduled batch, no manual step.
Enrol a fingerprint or face once, on any single terminal. The template is shared automatically to every other device that employee is entitled to use, so nobody walks staff around the building.
Point Connect at a terminal that is already in service and it imports every employee stored on it. An existing site does not start from an empty list.
If a device loses the network it keeps recording. When it reconnects, every punch captured while it was offline is retrieved and pushed automatically. Nobody has to notice it happened.
Every punch is searchable by date range, employee or device. Records can be re-sent by hand, one at a time or in bulk, for the rare occasion that matters.
Group terminals by site, floor or branch, and staff by department. Configured once during setup, then it stays out of the way.
A secure login to the Connect application, scoped to your own devices, employees and attendance records.
No installation on your side beyond a one-time setting inside each terminal.
A username and password for the Connect portal, created at handover.
A one-time setting applied in each ZKTeco device's own menu, so it knows where to send its data. No change to your network.
Each device is assigned to an area, and the staff already enrolled on it are pulled in.
The next punch anyone makes appears in your software. There is no step five.
Connect works with ZKTeco terminals. If your site is running Suprema hardware, the route is our own attendance software instead, which reads both brands. Tell us what is on your wall and we will tell you which of the two you actually want.
See the attendance softwareNo. That is the entire reason Connect exists. Your system stays where it is and starts receiving attendance data from the terminals. If replacing it were the plan, you would not need an integration kit.
The terminal keeps recording punches in its own memory. When the connection comes back, Connect retrieves everything captured during the outage and pushes it through. No re-sync to request, and no gap in the payroll month.
No. Connect is hosted and you reach it from a browser. The only device-side work is a one-time setting inside each terminal's menu, which we apply during installation.
Each employee is created with the same employee ID your third-party software already uses. That shared ID is what makes a punch land against the right person on both sides.
Yes. Connect has its own dashboard and a filterable attendance log, so HR can check who is in today without waiting for the data to surface in the main system.
Name the HR, payroll or ERP system and the devices on your wall. We will tell you whether Connect fits, and say so plainly if it does not.
