Solutions

Solutions built around UAE compliance and how you actually operate

Six configurations we deploy repeatedly across the UAE. Each is a specific attendance shape for a specific operational problem, not a product bundle.

UAE compliance

Attendance that speaks the Wage Protection System natively

The UAE Wage Protection System (WPS) requires an authenticated SIF file listing worked hours, overtime and absences per employee, cycle after cycle. Timesync exports the SIF directly, tested against a live payroll run at handover.

UAE compliance

Attendance records built for MOHRE inspection

MOHRE (formerly MOL) inspects workforce records at any time: hours, overtime, rest days, leave, Emiratisation ratios and wage protection. Timesync produces tamper-evident records that satisfy every category, exported in the format MOHRE inspectors accept.

Workforce operations

Attendance from labour camp to site, in one record

Face terminals at bus bays record who boarded the shift bus, so no-shows are visible before the site even knows. Combined with site-gate records, HR sees the full timeline from accommodation to site, with WPS-ready payroll monthly.

Site operations

Site-hardened attendance for UAE construction

IP66 face terminals at gate posts, palm-vein for gloved and dusty hands, per-project cost allocation and WPS-ready payroll monthly. Trusted at every site type from villa refurbishment to labour-intensive infrastructure.

Group operations

One attendance system across every branch, one payroll cycle

Every branch terminal reports into one central database. Head office sees consolidated attendance and payroll live; each branch manager sees only their own team. One WPS export per cycle covers every outlet.

UAE labour law

Overtime that computes itself under Federal Decree-Law 33/2021

Weekday overtime pays 125%, night and rest days 150%, public holidays 250%. Daily overtime capped at 2 hours, weekly working time not exceeding 60 hours. Timesync encodes these rules once, applies them per employee per shift automatically.
