Umm Al Quwain · Mobile app
Mobile Attendance App supplied and installed across Umm Al Quwain by the Timesync Systems team. Same-day site survey, fast install, and local support.
A mobile attendance app lets staff clock in from their phone with GPS pinning, so field crews, remote workers and multi-site staff appear on the same payroll cycle as office staff on the terminal. Native iOS and Android; works with your existing terminals. In Umm Al Quwain, we size the solution to the local operating context: the tenant mix, shift patterns, building constraints and free-zone or audit requirements.

Every punch carries the GPS coordinates. Geofence rules per project or client site: punches outside the fence are flagged for manager approval automatically.
Optional per-punch selfie matched to the enrolled face template. Same anti-spoofing 3D liveness detection as the terminals.
Managers approve overtime, corrections and leave requests from the mobile app. Push notification, tap to approve. No login needed for routine approvals.
Staff see their punch history, remaining leave balance and payslip snapshot from the app. Reduces HR admin queries by 60% on average in the first month.
Office staff punch on the terminal; field crews punch on the app; both roll into the same payroll cycle. No dual entry, no reconciliation.
A live archive of customer patterns we encounter.
Crew clocks in at each site via the app with GPS pinning. Per-job cost allocation; central payroll consolidates.
Field sales on the app with GPS pinning per customer visit. Territory dashboard shows visited-vs-planned per rep.
Remote days log via the app; in-office days via the terminal. Both count correctly against contract hours.
Foreman marks the crew present at each site through the app. Combined with site gate records, HR sees the full picture.
Drivers clock in at the depot terminal, then check in on the app at each delivery point. Per-drop-off cost allocation for logistics KPIs.
Community managers and maintenance crews on the app with GPS pinning per building visited. Central payroll consolidates.
Everything we cover across Umm Al Quwain: business districts, free zones and industries.

Direct export into your payroll and WPS SIF.
Shift rules, mobile app and WPS-ready payroll export.
The app detects mock-location apps and rejects punches from them. Geofence rules flag any punch more than a set distance from the assigned site for manager approval. Face selfie can be required as a second check.
No. GPS is polled only at punch time and manager-triggered checks, not continuously. Typical daily battery draw is under 1%. Background sync is throttled.
Yes, when your policy permits it. Some customers restrict mobile app punches to field-only staff and require office staff on the terminal. That policy is set per staff group.
Yes. The software exports worked hours, overtime and absences in a format your payroll and WPS SIF process consumes. We test the export against a live payroll run at handover, before the team leaves.
