Do you produce the export format DMCC requests during audit?
Yes. CSV with timestamp, employee ID, biometric method used and terminal name per record. We hand you the sample export at go-live so your operations lead sees the finished output before any audit is called.
Do you work with DMCC's approved-contractor list for the tower fit-out?
Yes. Timesync is on the approved supplier list for Almas Tower and the surrounding JLT clusters. We handle the NOC, take the tower induction, and schedule work inside the approved contractor hours.
Can you handle multi-tenant floors and hot-desking setups?
Yes. One terminal per floor entry, tenant-level enrolments kept in separate databases. Attendance reports segment by tenant, hot-desk bookings do not affect the attendance record.
Is the export WPS-compliant?
Yes. The software exports worked hours, overtime and absences in a format your payroll and WPS SIF process consumes. We test the export against a live payroll run at handover, before the team leaves.
Which hardware brands do you supply?
We are an authorised supplier for Suprema (South Korea) and ZKTeco (China). Suprema is our default for enterprise and regulated environments; ZKTeco for cost-sensitive and volume rollouts.
